Pauline Medovnikov (Fundraiser)

Pauline began her career in development in 1996 in the British Council working for 13 years in their Development Services team in the UK, St. Petersburg and Kyiv. It was here that she learnt how to apply for funding in a number of creative ways and to develop new projects.

Since then Pauline has worked as a languages teacher and interpreter and since 2010 as the Trusts & Grants Manager for Railway Children helping to win funding for them from a range of trusts and foundations and also from the Big Lottery Fund, DFID and Comic Relief. She joined Mondo in July 2014.
