Mei-Ying volunteered with Mondo in February of 2026, spending a month out in Tanzania. She wrote and translated the Business Training Documents that are used for the training days for the women who receive their grants to ensure they understand basic book keeping and accounting methods. Having spent time visiting the women, taking part in the VICOBA groups, and teaching at some of the schools Mondo support, she joined as an East African Trustee to share her financial and marketing expertise.
