Tania is an experinced charity leader with a passion for creating lasting social change through international development, health, education and sport for development. Having worked across Africa, India and the UK, she has experience in leadership, programme development, operations and partnerships, supporting organisations to strengthen their impact and reach the communities they serve. As former Chief Executive Officer of Parkinson’s Africa, Tania worked to advance support for people affected by Parkinson’s across Africa through research, advocacy, capacity building and collaboration with local partners. She is also a Trustee of Mummy’s Star, contributing to the governance of a charity supporting women and birthing parents diagnosed with cancer during pregnancy or shortly after birth. Tania is committed to working alongside communities to develop sustainable, locally led solutions that enable people and organisations to thrive.
